When will you have them? That is dependent upon you, in fact. Sometimes I'll have one of those for breakfast, but I really like them for dinner - I usually eat very little, if any dinner. I recommend to have them for snack time at first and, when you are more familiar with them, you'll be able to replace your smallest meal of the day with a green smoothie.
